The principal publications of the society were the book "Bathford Past and Present", first published in 1985 and revised and updated 2010, and the many local history projects published on the society's website.
Bathford Past and Present was written by Godfrey F Laurence and he named these people as assisting in the production of the book:
- the Reverend Kenneth Akin-Flenley, Mr. Philip Baker, Mr. Christopher Bemrose, Mr. Jack Brown, Mr. Arthur Cannings, Mr. Paul De'Ath, Miss Fae Hall, the Reverend Michael Lowe, Mr. Cyril Marshall, Mr. Ronald Nicholas, the Reverend Robert Oliver, Mr. Kenneth Tatem and especially Commander Alan Craig.
The assistance of the staffs at the Bath Reference Library, the Somerset County Record Office and the Local History Library, Taunton are also included.
The revised and updated version was produced by David A. Howells, and he named these people as proof-readers or assisting in its production:

For subject matter he used the existing records and the internet.
David also made a special tribute to Commander Alan Craig for the quantity and depth of reports and transcriptions he had made. The Bibliography lists over 30 sources.
The website was conceived and managed by Peter Staples with the website team Steve Mackerness, David A. Howells and Peter Rideal. It was launched in 2007 with much of the content being added over the subsequent 18 years, by transcription of existing paper documents and newly researched material.
The History Projects page and Local Look Articles give the author and date of each of the documents.
The main contributors were: David A. Howells (many topics, with much transcribed and reformatted research), Commander Alan Craig (especially concerning St Swithuns and related records and many aspects of historic Bathford), Fae Hall (many topics, especially her research on the Skrine family), Robert A E Scamell (items from Bath Chronicle and The Warleigh Manor Rifle Volunteers).
The Public Records section includes the Bathford Parish census records from the 10 yearly national censuses from 1851 to 1911, the parish Baptism, Marriage and Burial registers. The Trade Directories for the periods 1854 to 1940 and 1950. The Organisations section includes a transcription of the Bathford National School Log Books from 1872 to 1909. The formatting and transcription of these documents was mainly done by Steve Mackerness and David A. Howells.
The Index of Photographs and Pictures has a varied collection of images from the parish, mainly photographs and copies of picture postcards. It includes the large collection donated by Paul De'ath a set of postcard images and photographs given by Steve Lord and photographs from the Lavington's album from the time the Lavington family ran The Crown pub.
Reminiscences includes personal accounts by Joyce Helps who lived in or near Bathford nearly all her life. "Through the Backdoor" has her detailed recollections of the way Warleigh Manor House was organised and of her life there in service in the years prior to WW2.
The Listing of the Annual Programmes of Talks gives the speakers and titles for the period 1985 to 2026.
